RETURNS, EXCHANGE & 7-DAY RETURN POLICY
Basic23.com only accepts returns and exchanges for online purchases with manufacturers' defects. Please contact us via phone or mail (info@basic23.com) as soon as possible upon discovery of any damages or defects. Our team will work to help see your demands met and issues resolved to the best of our ability.
All return claims MUST be made within 7 BUSINESS DAYS from the confirmed order delivery date. Any damages or claims made after the indicated dates will not be issued a return authorization.
