We strongly encourage all customers to read through our shipping guidelines and policies before placing an order. When placing an order, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions.





   •  We primarily ship through UPS Ground Services, to any deliverable location across the country.

   •  The handling time for most orders is typically one business day after verification and processing of provided payment information.

   •  Customers will receive confirmation of purchase and related tracking information (if applicable) via e-mail, fax, or any other

       preferred method of contact/notification after their order’s processed. 

   •  Shipping rates will vary according to the combined purchases’ weight and destination.

   •  Shipping Insurance is an available option for customers who wish to protect their items from potential loss or delivery damages.

     order. For all other reported delivery issues, our staff at Basic23 will work promptly to help resolve matters efficiently. 




RETURNS, EXCHANGE & 7-DAY RETURN POLICY only accepts returns and exchanges for online purchases with manufacturers' defects. Please contact us via phone or mail ( as soon as possible upon discovery of any damages or defects. Our team will work to help see your demands met and issues resolved to the best of our ability.


All return claims MUST be made within 7 BUSINESS DAYS from the confirmed order delivery date. Any damages or claims made after the indicated dates will not be issued a return authorization.


  •  • When emailing us with return authorization requests, please provide the following information to
    • →  Subject Title: Return Authorization Request, Invoice # ___
    • →  Company/Store Name & Address
    • →  Buyer’s Name
    • →  Invoice/Order number along with its date
    • →  Reason for return
    • →  Verification of damage via well-lit photos of damaged areas, short video clip, or other types of visual proof
    • →  Style number of damaged clothing, Quantity & Color of returns


  •  •  Customers will be responsible for all return shipping costs.
  •  •  All returns must arrive in unaltered form. No items that have been worn, washed, or mishandled will be accepted. Original labels,
  •      tags, and/or packaging must be included for all returns.





  • •  No cash or check refunds will be issued in any case, and customers will receive only store credit for all returns.
  • •  Shipping charges and handling fees are not refundable.
  • •  All marked-down items are FINAL SALE and are thus unable to be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
